Care Portal Pueblo is an online platform connecting community members with the immediate needs of children in crisis. Used nationwide by case workers, CPS, social workers, and educators, the Care Portal allows these professionals to post the specific needs of children in their communities. Needs can range from formula for a mother waiting for WIC benefits, bedding for a child reuniting with their bio family, baby supplies for a mother in rehab, clothing for an infant placed with their daycare provider, to furniture for a family transitioning from homelessness. Individuals can view and meet these needs, providing vital support to children and families in their community.
