Every year, Fōmcore’s FŌM season—Fulfilling Our Mission—transforms our daily work into something bigger. What started as a way to set internal production goals has evolved into a summer challenge where hitting our goals means giving back. For every day our team meets its production target, we donate to an individual, family, or organization chosen for that time period—turning our work into something that creates real, lasting impact. This season, we have a preseason, four games, each lasting four weeks, and a postseason game. More than just a competition, the FŌM season is about purpose, teamwork, and using what we do every day to serve others in a meaningful way.

Listen to the Repkes' story

As we kick off The Game of FŌM26, we’re honored to play for the Repke family. They are navigating a season filled with significant medical challenges, including dad Micah’s recovery from a major stroke and recent PANDAS autoimmune syndrome diagnoses for two of their children.

Through it all, mom Johanna continues to faithfully care for their family of nine, meeting each day with strength and determination. We’re grateful for the opportunity to come alongside the Repkes during this season and hope our support reminds them that they are seen, cared for, and not alone.

Jesus Manuel's Mom, Ana, shares their story

Jesus Manuel Connect

From May 11 to June 5, our team is playing Round 1 for Jesus Manuel Pacheco Palacios. Jesus Manuel, 29, was born with cerebral palsy and was recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. He relies fully on the care of his mother, Ana, as they navigate the daily challenges of limited mobility, chronic pain, and inconsistent access to medication.

Despite it all, Jesus Manuel radiates joy. He loves music, cherishes time with his family, and brings warmth and resilience to those around him.

Jesus Manuel Engage

During the week of our second roll: Engage, we’re taking time to better understand Jesus Manuel’s story and the realities he and his mother, Ana, face each day.

As we learn more about cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, and the challenges of caregiving, we’re choosing to listen closely, grow in compassion, and carry their story with greater intention and care.

During the week of our third roll: Belong, we’re reminding Jesus Manuel, Ana, and one another that no one walks through hardship alone. This week, our teams from Lakeshore and Mountain Ridge came together to send encouragement through heartfelt video messages and a care package filled with thoughtful items to support Jesus Manuel and brighten difficult days.

As we rally around their family, we’re choosing to walk beside them with unity, compassion, and the reminder that the journey is always stronger together.

Jesus Manuel Bless Others

During the week of our fourth and final roll: Bless Others, we're putting purpose into action as we finish playing for Jesus Manuel and his mother, Ana. Through the generosity of our team, we're helping provide resources that will allow them to purchase a lighter wheelchair—making travel to treatments easier and improving access to additional medical care and needed medications.

As we close out this round, we're grateful to have been part of their story. Our hope is that Jesus Manuel and Ana feel supported, encouraged, and reminded that they are not walking this journey alone. Special thanks to Alma from our Mountain Ridge team for sharing their story with us.

FŌM26 Maximiliano Connect

From June 8 through July 3, our team is playing Round 2 for Maximiliano Juárez Maceda. At 22 years old and just one year into marriage, Maximiliano was diagnosed with Stage 3 Burkitt lymphoma in March 2026 and immediately began three months of aggressive chemotherapy treatment. Together, he and his wife, Yatsary, have faced extended hospital stays, significant medical expenses, and the emotional and physical challenges that come with cancer treatment—even spending their first wedding anniversary in the hospital.

This week, we’re celebrating encouraging news: Maximiliano is currently in remission and awaiting a final scan to confirm that no cancer remains. As he reflects on the second chance he feels he’s been given, Max is looking ahead with hope and plans to return to school this fall to pursue his dream of becoming a mechanic.

FŌM26 Maximiliano Engage

During the week of our second roll: Engage, we’re taking time to better understand Maximiliano’s journey and the challenges he and Yatsary have faced since his cancer diagnosis. From months of aggressive treatment and extended hospital stays to celebrating milestones in unexpected places, their story offers a glimpse into the realities many families face while navigating serious illness.

As we learn more about Burkitt lymphoma and the physical, emotional, and financial toll of treatment, we’re gaining a deeper understanding of what this journey has required from Max and Yatsary—and why our support matters.

FŌM26 Maximiliano Belong

During the week of our third roll: Belong, we’re reminding Maximiliano and Yatsary that they are not walking this journey alone. To celebrate Max’s completion of chemotherapy, our teams from Lakeshore and Mountain Ridge came together to send encouragement through handwritten notes and a care package created especially for their family.

As we celebrate this important milestone alongside them, we’re choosing to show up with support, encouragement, and the reminder that hope grows stronger when shared with others.

FŌM26 Maximiliano Bless Others

During the week of our fourth and final roll: Bless Others, we’re turning compassion into action as we finish playing for Maximiliano and Yatsary. Through the generosity of our team, we’re helping ease some of the financial burden they’ve carried throughout Max’s cancer journey so they can focus on what lies ahead.

As Maximiliano continues toward recovery and looks forward to returning to school this fall, we’re grateful for the opportunity to come alongside their family during this season. Our hope is that they feel encouraged by the support surrounding them and reminded that they are not walking this journey alone.
