Welcome back to another segment of #AtOurCore, where we chat with a member of our Fōmcore family and get to know them better. This week we sat down with Anette, who has been a part of our team for two years. Let’s get to know her a little bit better!
Can you introduce yourself and tell us about your role Fōmcore?
Hello my name is Anette Martinez and I am a sewer.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN WITH THE FŌMCORE TEAM?
Today actually marks my 2 year anniversary of working at Fōmcore!
What is your favorite "Pueblo meal"?
Green chile. There’s always a competition between Pueblo green chile and New Mexico’s Hatch green chile. The best green chile in town is from Sunset, but I would say I make the best.
What are some of your favorite hobbies outside of work?
My number one hobby is running. I ran cross country in high school and have been running ever since. I’m known as the lady who runs on 165, and I usually run 5–10 miles a day.
I also enjoy prayer time and Bible study. I love following my seven grandchildren around and watching all of their sports games. I’m their biggest cheerleader. I also enjoy having them come stay with me, they are my favorite hobby.
What is your favorite piece of furniture that we make?
The Nest, I would have one in my family room if I could!
We're so thankful for Anette and everything that she brings to our team! Until next time, This Is Us, #AtOurCore.
